Fundraising / Community Outreach

Client: Austin Java

Goal: Fundraise for Central Texas Food Bank

Strategy: With the purchase of a co-branded Yeti Rambler/Mug…

  • $5 is donated to Central Texas Food Bank

  • Guest receives unlimited drip coffee and 15% off retail coffee beans

Results:

  • Thousands of dollars raised for Central Texas Food Bank

  • Increased customer loyalty

Branded Email Marketing

Client: Austin Java

Goal: Build customer loyalty

Strategy: Identify guests who had not placed an order in 60+ days, send this group a specific offer

Results:

  • 94 guests returned to make a purchase (who had not made a purchase in 60+ days)

  • 3X ROI (net sales driven by an offer divided by the cost to run it)

Experiential Marketing

Client: Austin Java

Goal: Build brand awareness & visibility

Strategy:

  • Design/paint branded mural on the side of the restaurant for folks to easily access and take photos with

  • Create stickers and sweaters with the same design for team members to wear and guests to purchase

Results:

  • Increased engagement on social media

  • Grew merchandise sales

Community Engagement

Client: Austin Java

Goal: Engage community and increase awareness of Austin Java’s catering services

Strategy:

  • Ask Instagram followers to nominate a local business they believe should receive free coffee and pastries by tagging the business in the comments section

  • Select 3-5 nominated businesses each month

  • Deliver a gallon of coffee, pastries, catering menus, and branded merch to selected business

Results:

  • Increased engagement on social media

  • Grew catering sales
